Baskets have been made from sticks, paper, wood, and other malleable materials probably since before the invention of the wheel. Today, you can find "collectible" baskets reaching even up to $1200. I can never have too many cute baskets for storage for keys, newspaper...and coloring supplies...although, much cheaper than $1200.
