10 Uses For Printable October 2025 Calendars
Here are 10 fun and creative ways that you can use any of the above calendars!
10. Halloween Planners
For some, Halloween is the biggest night of the year.
Whether you have kids with costumes, parties, and trick-or-treating to coordinate, or you’re a kid-free adult who loves to spend the holiday partying/barhopping, it can be a bit much to keep track of.
Enter my October 2025 calendars, which you can use for your specific needs, like plotting out when and where you’ll buy Halloween costumes.
Or maybe you’re hosting a Halloween party and need to organize food and decorations; after all, you could use the back of the calendar to jot down to-do and grocery lists.
Whatever you need, keep it all organized with one of my October calendars so that you can enjoy the holiday!
9. Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples’ Day Organizer
Columbus Day, or the shift to recognize Indigenous People’s Day instead, is a national and federal holiday for banks, the Postal Service, and even some schools.
You may be a schoolteacher who is covering lessons on Christopher Columbus.
Or you’re a city council leader making the schedule for Indigenous Peoples’ Day observance in your region.
Whatever the case, my October calendars are perfect for plotting out the activities and events associated with whichever day you celebrate.
8. Harvest Festival Planners
October is a beautiful month for many who live in a four-season climate. Many cities and towns capitalize on the gorgeous scenery with open-to-the-public harvest festivals.
Depending on the size of your area, there could be more harvest festivals than you know what to do with, so writing them down on one of my October calendars can help.
This way, you can track which festival is when – sometimes bars, brewpubs, and restaurants will hold their own – and decide which event you’d like to attend.
7. Wedding Planners
There is nothing like an October wedding, whether it’s Halloween-themed or fall foliage-themed, but if you have an abundance of weddings to attend – or you’re planning your own – it can be a bit much.
You can use my October calendars to organize everything from where and when the ceremony and reception are being held to when you plan to go shopping for the gift.
Or, if you’re the bride or groom, you can use one of them to write out everything the wedding party needs to know in the weeks leading up to the big event.
6. Oktoberfest Planners
Oktoberfest celebrations may abound in your city, filled with beer, sausages, and laughter, and if you take your Oktoberfests seriously, you can use one of my calendars.
You can write in when and where each festival is, the better to help you decide which Oktoberfests you’ll likely attend.
5. High School, College, Or Pro Football Calendars
As October presses on, the football season is either in high gear (pro) or winding down (high school).
Either way, you can continue to keep track of practices, games (and whether they are home or away), as well as game scores using one of my calendars.
4. Fall Foliage Planners
Fall foliage at its peak is a must-see at least once in your life, so whether you live among the trees and leaves or you’re just visiting, you’ve got to plan a drive.
You could use multiple calendars for each region to mark when the peak foliage is or condense it all onto one calendar, perhaps color-coded by region.
3. School Organizers
As school continues on, so too does the need to organize due dates, homework, and for college students, lectures, professor office hours, and all the events taking place on campus.
For grade schoolers, teachers can use my October calendars to write out the topics you’ll be going over each day so the students always know what to expect.
2. Theater/Musical Schedules
Theatricals are typically alive and well during October, and if you’re heading a production of some sort, you can help the cast and crew with rehearsal and show schedules.
Make copies of my filled-out October calendars for the entire production team to keep in their binders or with their scripts.
And the backs can be used for show notes!
1. Editorial Calendars
Plotting out content in advance can significantly benefit your company, and you can use one of my October calendars to do it.
Whether you’re scheduling Facebook posts in advance or planning which blog you’re going to publish, my calendars can help you organize your thoughts and your monthly content.
