10 Uses For Printable February 2025 Calendars
Below are 10 creative and free uses that you can use the above calendars for!
10. Meal Planners
When you’re still on your New Year’s resolution to eat healthier, you can use my February 2025 calendar printouts to help you meal plan.
You could even use one side of the printout to make up your weekly grocery lists or write down meal ideas as they come to you.
Then, you can write in the meal you want to make on the given day – up to a month in advance.
Many people find that meal planning saves them money in the long run (we tend to spend less when we do one or two big grocery shops versus many small ones).
9. Mardi Gras Planners
What is the biggest celebration (and reason to pause your diet, at least for a day) in February, other than Groundhog Day?
Why, it’s Mardi Gras, or Fat Tuesday, the day before the start of the Lenten Season.
If you’re throwing a Mardi Gras party – or if you’re traveling to New Orleans – to celebrate, keep track of everything on my February printouts.
You can write in when you need to get out invitations by, when you’ll need to shop for food items, or when your flight leaves, and where you’ll be staying.
8. Groundhog Day Planners
The other big celebration in the month of February is Groundhog’s Day.
This is when Punxsutawney Phil peeks his head out of the ground and lets the world know if there will be six more weeks of winter.
The town of Punxsutawney goes mad over the day, so if you’re close enough to travel, you could use my February printouts to help plan your trip.
7. Envelopes
For a fun twist on something that is normally plain and blank, you could also turn my February 2025 calendar printouts into envelopes.
If you are celebrating a birthday or Valentine’s Day, and you wanted to make the card super special, you could decorate the printout with hearts or a birthday cake illustration, or stickers.
Then simply follow these instructions for how to properly fold my printout into an envelope (side note: You will have to cut the sheet of paper down into a square).
6. Valentine’s Day Gift Bags
A cute crafty use for my February 2025 calendar is to turn either the printout itself into a gift bag (for a small item) or to use the calendar as decoration for an existing gift bag.
Since it’s ostensibly being gifted as a birthday present or Valentine’s Day present, you’ll want to make sure the date is prominent.
You can decorate around the date with flowers, hearts, etc., or even write Happy Birthday! Or Happy Valentine’s Day!
If you’re making a gift bag, you can find instructions for that here.
5. Valentine’s Day “Advent” Calendars
If you really like to go all out for your sweetie for Valentine’s Day, you can use my February 2025 calendar printout to adorn an “advent” calendar for 14 days.
You’ll need a big piece of poster board, 14 Solo cups, hot glue or gorilla glue, tissue paper, and 14 gifts.
You’re going to arrange the solo cups into a heart shape and glue them onto the poster board.
Then you’re going to take the tissue paper and cut it into 14 squares, large enough to cover the opening of the cups (and then some).
You’re going to take the February calendar printout and add little decorations to each day (hearts, flowers, etc.) and then cut out the day squares up to 14.
After putting the gifts into the cups and holding the tissue paper squares into place over the cups with a rubber band, you’ll then glue each day square over the tissue paper.
4. Scrapbooking
You can use my February 2025 printout calendars as adornment for scrapbooking.
It would work well as the background on a page about February – like if you had a special Valentine’s Day or an engagement surprise.
You could draw in pictures or add stickers related to the month overtop the calendar.
3. Valentine’s Day “Reason Why I Love You” Gift
For a sweet use for my February calendar, write in each day a reason why you love your partner.
It can be as simple as “You give the best hugs” or as complex as the story of how you first met and how that was when you knew (taking up a few days or even a week’s worth of space).
For an extra special touch, put it in a picture frame so that it can be hung up or set standing up.
2. Pillow Boxes
For a small gift, like jewelry or candy, why not turn my February 2025 printout calendar into a pillow box?
Print it off and decorate it around the day that holds significance for you, whether that’s Valentine’s day or the day of the recipient’s birth.
Then follow these instructions for making a pillow box that just has an extra special “something.”
1. Presidents’ Day Planner
Presidents’ Day honors both George Washington and Abraham Lincoln’s birthdays, on February 22 and February 12, respectively.
Particularly if you are a schoolteacher, you can use my February calendars with your class to keep track of these great men’s birthdays and highlight any activities you might have planned.
Further, for a nonacademic use, you could use the calendars to keep track of special sales going on during the holiday weekend.
