9 Craft Ideas To Do With Dog Man Coloring Pages
Here are 10 creative, fun, and cheap craft activities that you can do with the above coloring pages!
1. Make Dog Man Craft Buttons
All you need for this fun craft are acrylic pin badges and Dog Man coloring pages! All kids love to wear fun badges, and virtually any Dog Man page works for this craft.
Once the pages are complete, your child’s favorite part can be cut out and placed on the floor of the badge and covered with the acrylic top, which automatically laminates it.
The badges can be pinned somewhere in the child’s room or worn on a shirt, dress, or jacket!
2. Make a Dog Man Pumpkin
For this terrific craft, take tan-colored craft paint and spray paint a small pumpkin. Use the Dog Man coloring page to laminate the pumpkin’s front side.
Use another coloring page to make Dog Man’s classic paper hat, and use a black pom-pom for a nose.
Use two large, brown pom-poms for feet, and cut out arms from tan construction paper.
This hilarious pumpkin can be used to decorate a classroom, a child’s bedroom, or anywhere you want to get a laugh.
3. Dog Man Backpack Pull
For a craft that’s fun to create and practical to use, recycle those Dog Man coloring pages and turn them into backpack pulls.
Once the page is finished, rectangular shapes should be cut out and laminated onto tough cardboard or thin corkboard.
Seal them with acrylic spray, and use a metal hole punch to make a hole on one end for a pull ring.
The finished craft can be used as a pull for a backpack or fanny pack.
4. Make a Comical Ornament
All kids love this craft, and it’s fun for any age. Start by making two small squares from cardboard and laminating each one with part of a Dog Man coloring page.
Next, take a piece of plain paper and fold it into the shape of an accordion and attach the two squares to either end.
Finish an additional Dog Man coloring sheet with extra characters from the cartoon if desired, and cut out small sections to glue to the “accordion,” which will pop out when it’s opened!
5. Dog Man Flags
Dog Man flags can be used anywhere! They can decorate a garden, be placed over a bureau mirror, put in a flower arrangement, or simply waved for fun!
Have the youngsters take their favorite Dog Man page and laminate it onto a piece of poster board that’s cut in the shape of Dog Man’s badge.
The end of the paper can then be wrapped around a long craft stick or wooden knitting needle and glued in place with krazy glue or craft glue for a great flag.
6. Give Magic Markers Some Extra Magic
If the Dog Man coloring pages are piling up, why not use them to laminate magic markers or craft paint bottles?
This is fun and easy for any child, and virtually any size markers or containers can be given their own Dog Man theme.
Dog Man and his sidekicks can be cut out like decals for this craft, or the pages can be used entirely by just cutting them to the appropriate size!
7. Laminate a Toy Car
If your child has a toy car, especially a police car, Dog Man pages are perfect for laminating it!
Choose the best size Dog Man picture for this craft, and your child can do all sorts of interesting things.
Picture a toy car with Dog Man headlights or Dog Man’s famous hat as an emblem on either side of the car. The possibilities are endless with this fantastic craft.
8. Give Dog Man His Own Dog House
This terrific classroom or at-home project ensures Dog Man has his own home! Unroll a large sheet of craft paper to create a generous-sized mural, and give youngsters free rein to draw a doghouse.
An open door and lots of windows should be drawn into the doghouse, and the youngsters’ finished coloring pages can be trimmed and the characters used as decals.
The poster can then be decorated with the cutouts any way the youngsters want, with Dog Man and his friends in every window!
9. Dog Man and Friends Mobile
Dog Man and all his pals, such as Petey, can be colored and cut out to create an adorable mobile.
The characters should be glued to a cardboard backing with plain, white glue and a metal hole punch used to make a small hole at the top of each one.
An embroidery hoop, craft ring, or craft sticks glued together and threaded with string are all good objects to hang the characters from.
Hang them at different lengths to give it that real mobile effect.
